Partnership Agreement

By submitting an application to participate in the JetTon Partnership Program, you confirm and acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full and agree to be bound by all of its terms. If you do not wish to be bound by this Agreement, you should refrain from submitting an application for participation in the Partnership Program. If an individual is viewing this Agreement on behalf of a legal entity when submitting the application, the individual declares that they have the legal rights and authority to bind the legal entity by this Agreement.

JetTon Gaming Ltd, registered at: Hamchako, Mutsamudu, Autonomous AZ, Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, registration number 15774. The company's activities are fully licensed and regulated by the Anjouan Offshore Authority (license number ALSI-192407050-FI3, issued on July 29, 2024) in accordance with the laws of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan.

Reward

— funds received by the Partner as a commission from the profits generated from the Clients they attract.

Payment Model

— payment for a specific result of placing advertising materials by the Partner on the Internet.

Reporting Period

— the period during which the Partner’s earned funds are accumulated and calculated for subsequent withdrawal to external payment systems.

Hold

— the time during which a player must acquire the status of an 'Active Player,' and the Partnership Program is obliged to verify this status, either confirming or rejecting it. In addition to checking the status, the player is also checked for violations of the Product's rules in which the player registered, as well as the rules of the Partnership Program.

KPI

— conditions set by the Advertiser, the fulfillment of which will result in a paid Lead.

CPA

— (cost per action) a payment model where the Partner receives payment for a specific action as outlined in the Agreement.

FD

— first deposit.

NGR

— (net gaming revenue) the actual profit of the casino, after deducting all royalties and other operating expenses.

Revenue Share or Revshare

— a payment model where the Company shares net profit with the players attracted to the casino.

Churn Rate

— the client attrition rate over a specific period.

Client

– the end consumer, an individual who has reached the age of 18 and registered through the Partner’s link.

Offer

— means the terms and conditions (including restrictions and rewards depending on the rate and Payment Model) which together define the information the Company places on the Internet through the Partner(s) for promoting the product.

Product

— the project being advertised on the Internet, JetTon casino.

Partner

— a webmaster (individual or legal entity) participating in the Partnership Program and attracting new Clients.

Partnership Program

— the type of collaboration between the Company and the Partner based on the basic conditions outlined below, which the Partner agrees to upon registration in the Program.

Advertising

— information distributed on the Internet containing advertising materials aimed at attracting attention to the Product, generating and maintaining interest in it, and promoting it in the market.

Advertising Materials

— tools used by the Partner to promote the Product on the Internet.

Traffic

— the aggregate of Clients who come as a result of the Partner’s placement of advertising materials on the Internet.
